So here I go. I was a vegan and felt amazing. Sadly I did not continue for personal reasons. A choice I regret but such is.
So now I’m trying to change again reasons and to feel great again.
Harder still is that I have to start excercising as well. Ugh! I don’t know who these people are who love working out but ew. Maybe one day but…oh let’s be honest I hate it. I may grow to be tolerant at best.
Now the reason I’m doing this is my girls. I have e girls and my wife whom all count on me and watch me struggle.
